You'll make sure our customers experience a seamless onboarding process and get ongoing, expert contract management. Your responsibilities extend beyond maintaining our current processes; you're here to innovate as we build new energy and emissions technology. Together with an energetic sales team and seasoned energy market experts, you will drive our sales and deepen customer satisfaction, aligning with our commitment to achieving net-zero energy solutions for our clients.Key Responsibilities:Spearhead the effort to gather and interpret client requirements to compile energy specifications and contract requirements. Innovate in the delivery of these processes to improve throughput and quality.Apply advanced workflow analysis techniques to identify and exploit opportunities to effectively manage high volumes of detailed work.Lead and cross skill an onshore and offshore team of dedicated individuals to support the business and build their careers.Identify sources of risk to customers, partners and the Energy Action and work with your team to manage these risks and enhance service delivery. Work with our sales team to hit targets, complete transactions and deliver outcomes to customers in an ever-evolving Australian energy market. Who You Are:As our ideal Operations Manager, you're defined by your unwavering commitment to excellence and your drive to continually enhance processes. With at least four years of experience in customer service or support within the energy markets, and a robust understanding of energy procurement and contracting, you stand out as a leader. You're well-versed in navigating the complexities of process analysis and contract administration.
