About the role
As a Customer Relationship Coordinator, you will share your Commonwealth Home Support Program knowledge with consumers and offer them a range of VMCH services so that they can continue living as independently as possible in their own homes.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating welcome packs
Efficiently coordinating and scheduling services for clients via the appointment system
Managing referrals through the My Aged Care portal
Accurately recording conversation summaries in CareLink, while maintaining strict confidentiality
Assisting on reception as required
About you
You have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a sound knowledge of the aged care sector, particularly the Commonwealth Home Support Programme.
An exceptional communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills, you display empathy, compassion and understanding when supporting people from diverse backgrounds.
You have a positive and proactive approach to working collaboratively within the team and the broader community.
You display initiative and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment to meet set KPIs.
