Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Customer Service Representative to join our team at Nationwide in Adelaide, South Australia. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately- Assist customers with product information and recommendations- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Utilize creativity and research skills to find solutions to complex customer problems
