Job Description:
Cummins, a global leader in power solutions, is seeking a motivated and resourceful Customer Success Assistant to join our team on a part-time remote basis in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. Responsibilities:1. Assist the Customer Success team in managing customer accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.2. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and provide support.3. Identify customer needs and recommend solutions to enhance their experience.4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.5. Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.6. Assist in creating and delivering presentations to customers on new products and services.7. Develop relationships with customers to foster loyalty and retention.8. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and opportunities for improvement.9. Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to exceed customer expectations and deliver delight.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.3. Strong organizational and time management abilities.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.6. Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus.7. Leadership skills and the ability to take initiative.8. Must be motivated and resourceful.
