Job Description A Customer Success Representative here at Shift is responsible for enabling product utilisation through improving and maintaining the health of a select group of dedicated customers. This is achieved through skilful and considerate outbound communication, primarily via phone and email. Customer Success Representatives work closely with their portfolio of customers, building healthy, supportive relationships, while supporting our service teams by providing overflow inbound phone support. A Customer Success Representative may also work closely with their portfolio of customers to determine and explore potential opportunities resulting from the anticipation of the customer's business growth.
