From concept feasibility, to taking charge of planning and the full development lifecycle. Your new role will lead the delivery of our housing development initiatives, ensuring they are completed effectively and in a timely manner. Financial acumen is essential in this role, as you'll be contributing to the development of divisional and project-specific budgets, forecasts, and financial modelling. It will be your responsibility to ensure that projects are scoped, designed, built, and delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Additionally, your excellent communication skills will be critical as you liaise with internal and external stakeholders, lead key reporting requirements, and contribute to tenders and bid submissions.
