Digital Coordinator (Expression of Interest)CHEP Network is looking for a new breed of Digital Coordinator across Media to join the teamAs a Digital Coordinator, your focus day to day is on ensuring the quality of the campaign within individual media channels. Your focus is to use your knowledge and skill on your channel/channels of excellence to develop innovative tactics and minimise risks around creative/spend errors.You will have attention to detail is and the drive to learn and develop knowledge around digital channels as well as the campaign planning process.ResponsibilitiesContribute to media plan and campaign responses utilising your skills in digital platforms and knowledge of media vendors to ensure best in class channel recommendations in both response and planAssist managers/directors in maintaining/updating media plansExecute the campaign vision and media plan utilising your skills in digital platforms and relationship and knowledge of media vendorsEnsure innovative and best in class implementation and day to day management of online advertising campaignsWork with clients and client teams to ensure accurate management of creative assets, targeting and spendTroubleshooting any issues on media platforms that may arise around technical setup, delivery discrepancies or creative issuesCollate media and site data for campaign reporting and reviewContribute to campaign reporting and review by providing analysis and commentary, especially around channel performance and insightsSupport media finance, ensuring accurate loading and billing of supplier invoices, as well as collating evidence to allow the agency to pay vendors and bill clients in timely and accurate mannerAssist in reconciliations and ensuring no overspends or misspendsHOW WE WILL KNOW YOU ARE THE ONECapabilities and other things that would make you excel in this roleInterest and passion for Digital Media and the creative industryHas the ability to work through a task in a logical mannerA desire to improve processes and work flows where neededStrong sense of ownership…is often an over-used industry cliché.
