1. Leadership
Grow a team to deliver on performance-based outcomes in social media (FB , Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn). Identify digital marketing opportunities, both large and small to continuously deliver value and growth to clients. 2. Client Management
Client-facing communication, planning, strategy, and development focused on performance channels. Control budget and planning- ensuring effective and accurate control of multiple budgets across numerous clients, channels, and campaigns. Deliver accurate and timely reporting and insights across numerous clients, channels, and campaigns. 3. Strategy & Planning
Develop performance and e-commerce strategies for some of Australia's and the world's largest brands Build clients-owned assets through social media, email, and influencer marketing strategies. Create, execute, and drive a variety of strategies geared at delivering on clients' KPIs. 4. Technical Implementation
Managing the social media portfolio for several clients including YouTube, Vimeo, LinkedIn,Instagram, Twitter and Facebook Analyzing data for reporting and optimizing advertising campaigns. Providing analysis, insight, and expertise for clients on our products and offerings. Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget whilst achieving the brand's KPI's. What we are looking for
Strong understanding of Paid Social Platforms (FB, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Instagram) Strong understanding of strategy, technology, and growth opportunities Ability to lead and manage team members and mentor them on technical & Professional things Experience across a range of Campaigns with both SME & Enterprise level brands. Experience in managing projects and campaigns simultaneously with effective time management to meet deadlines. Bonus if you have
Programmatic advertising - planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting, utilizing key programmatic tools and channels, including DV360, The Trade Desk, Verizon, and YouTube. Experience with Google ads, The Trade Desk, and DV360 is a bonus.
