A rare opportunity is now available for an experienced midwife manager to join us in a senior leadership role. About the Role This is a unique opportunity to lead Monash Women's at MMC and Sandringham Hospital. Partnering with the Medical Head of Obstetrics, the Director Clinical Operations (DCO) leads a dynamic team of clinicians to provide research based care, innovative solutions and the promotion of an optimal patient and family experience. Working closely with our Midwife Managers to ensure the provision of safe and effective care, the position also contributes to the efficient management of Maternity Services at MMC and Sandringham. Reporting to the General Manager Women's and Newborn, the DCO will play an integral role in supporting our people and in managing patient flow, to optimise timeliness of care and the achievement of organisational targets. This role will be appointed on a full-time, fixed term basis commencing June 2024 for 12 months.
