Role with competitive salary and benefits Casual Based in Stirling, ACT. We are currently seeking two disability support workers to join our team. Successful candidates will work directly with adults with disability in a horticultural setting. The Role mulch is a vibrant horticultural social enterprise providing skills development & community connection opportunities for young adults with disability through the growing and selling of vegies & other garden produce. We are seeking an enthusiastic team player to join our team on a casual basis. As a disability support worker at mulch you will work closely within the mulch team as well as with participants, their families and other relevant networks. You will be responsible for undertaking a range of activities to support young adults with disability to work in a productive urban farm to achieve their individual goals and enhance and promote their development and independence.
