We are seeking motivated Domestic Services Officers to join our team in providing an efficient and safe service working across the North West Regional Hospital.
A successful Domestic Services Officer will:
Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in ward and ancillary areas in accordance with established policies, standards and guidelines while maintaining patient confidentiality. Collect and dispose of all waste including contaminated waste into appropriate receptacles. Provide a domestic service, including infection control cleaning across wards, office and residences. Follow universal precautions when conducting infection control cleaning of cytotoxic and sterile areas. Note: - Please refer to the Statement of Duties for all the selection criteria of this position to address in your application.

Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time and part time vacancies. Salary: $35.08 - $36.50 per hour (including 25% loading). Our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
