Our goal is to offer great services and a local customer experience (currencies, languages) while offering many advantages to our community (loyalty program, pre-order bonuses...)You will carry out the following missions (non-exhaustive list):Maintain our product roadmap with all key information updatedReach out to our suppliers/partners/MKT to collect all relevant assets needed to launch items on our StoreBrief our internal agency responsible for creating visuals, banners, and videos for the storeCoordinate with our internal department responsible for translating product descriptionsCreate attractive product pages with the right level of information for customers and ensure accessibility through the Home page, listing pages, internal search, and GoogleSet up and launch promotional campaigns (e.g., Black Friday Sale, Summer Sale) and analyze sales performanceGather key information needed to create a comprehensive request for quotation and interpret partner proposals effectively. Compile them into a dashboard for sharing with other teams.Conduct product benchmarking for new projects (apparel, vinyls, figurines, lamps, goodies, etc.)Monitor the platform/website to ensure optimal customer experience, smooth navigation, absence of bugs, and correct translationsThis internship might interest students who would like to discover the field of e-commerce in a fun, dynamic and international environment.
