About the Role
The Y WA is currently seeking a Part-time AssistantEarly Childhood Educator to join our Yappara House EarlyLearning Centre team. We are seeking a passionate Educator withgreat communication skills, a love for early childhood educationand the ability to build strong, genuine relationships withparents, staff, and young children.

Record observations of individual children or groups Implement a program that reflects children’s interest, development, culture, and the YMCA’s Approach to Learning Use strategies to encourage children to participate in activities Maintain a safe and hygienic and inspiring environment for the children attending the Centre Create positive relationships with children and families and team members Skills and Experience
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent. HLTAID012 First Aid Certificate Current and valid National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check Enthusiasm, commitment and desire to work in Early Childhood Education and care Who is the Y WA and what we do ?
