Hybrid working arrangement.THE ROLETheEducation & Employability Partnerships Manager (EEPM) willidentify, develop and manage strategic partnership initiatives with external organisationswithin Macquarie Innovation Park District (MPID) and beyond.These partnerships will advance MacquarieUniversity's Partnerships and Engagement Strategy and have a key focus on education and employability(E&E) outcomes.The EEPM will work closely with assigned Macquarie faculties (across the four Macquarie academic faculties),and centrally resourced professional services teams, to provide strategic support for engagement and partnership opportunitieswith external organisations and government agencies.Thisrole sits within the Corporate Engagement and Partnerships arm of theMacquarie Partnerships team and will report to the MPID Partnerships and Engagement Manager and will work closely with another EEPM, and with the broader Macquarie Partnerships team. TheEEPMsare critical to shaping and delivering a professional 'whole of university' approach to engagement and partneringand seek to foster multi-disciplinary, multi-faceted strategic partnerships for MacquarieUniveristy, across research, academic and corporate avenues – working with external industry organisations and government agencies.The Macquarie Partnerships Team acts as the professional and centralised concierge service for industry engagement and partnering at Macquarie University, servicing internal and external stakeholders, and ultimately contributing to a streamlined, professional and simplified engagement and partnerships function for the University. About You You are experienced in business development, relationship management and/or consulting, and have hands-on engagement experience working with industry in these areas. MQP is the centralised and professional front door for industry to connect, engage and partner with the University. The team identifies, fosters and facilitates research partnerships, education and employability partnerships and broader corporate partnerships with industry and government and brings a strategic 'whole of university' approach to MQ's engagement with industry.The Director, Partnerships leads the Macquarie Partnerships team and provides strategic direction, advice and training on all aspects of university partnership activities; to cultivate high value, long term strategic partnerships; to facilitate the achievement of university revenue attraction targets; to develop, drive and implement research investment attraction strategies and initiatives aligned to the University's strategic research priorities; and to develop and implement efficient frameworks, policies, procedures and processes to achieve the above objectives.The MPID Partnerships and Engagement Manager leads the Corporate Engagement and Partnerships arm of the Macquarie Partnerships team and is responsible foroverseeing strategic partnership initiatives, providing frontline engagement services and coordinating the University's engagement and external positioning within the Macquarie Park Innovation Park District (MPID).
