Only About Children Camberwell are seeking an experienced Assistant Director to join the team along with taking on the Educational Leader responsibilities. The objective of this role is to provide quality education & care to the children in our campuses whilst providing an exceptional partnership experience with our families.
This role takes responsibility for supporting the Campus Director to deliver operational service and quality to our children, team members and families. You will predominately work on the floor, building key relationships with the children, families, and team, to role-model best educational practices, while gradually learning the responsibilities of the Assistant Director role over time.

A minimum Diploma of Early Childhood Education & CareWorking with children check Strong understanding & experience in leadership rolesAbility to inspire, motivate and also challenge the practice of educatorsConfidence in early childhood frameworks, regulations, and complianceUnderstanding of mandatory reporting responsibilities
