Key Responsibilities: Track and monitor program and adviser performance, ensuring quality of advice and service delivery. Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of performance frameworks and Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs). Conduct routine human resource and stakeholder management functions, including cohort reporting, governance, and quarterly performance meetings. Identify, report, and resolve performance issues, providing proactive intervention and support as needed. Serve as a trusted adviser to the leadership team on sensitive or complex people matters, including performance and conduct. Contribute to developing a culture and resources for advisers to align their goals with contract and program expectations. Ideally, you will have: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (desirable but not essential) Proven experience in performance management or a related role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of human resource principles and practices. Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration.
