Email Marketing Specialist Job in Sydney Recruiting by Nakedwines

As the Email Marketing Specialist your role is instrumental in sharing the unique stories of our talented and independent winemakers, whilst ensuring the quality of our wines and our company mission are constantly front of mind. You will oversee and execute email campaigns, including communications calendar and customer segmentation, automation campaigns, campaign reporting, and other CRM initiatives as necessary.
You will work with the whole marketing team across both retention and acquisition to ensure that we send the right messages, to the right people, at the right time so that our customers look forward to hearing from us and can't fathom the idea of leaving us. You will also work with your counterparts in the US and the UK to continually make sure we are using the best practices globally.
To nail your job you willPlan and execute local crm (email) marketing programs in conjunction with retention & acquisition marketing teams.Successfully test and optimize end to end customer journeys for optimal CRM email statistics including in line with the promotional & content calendar, including ensuring all links are tracked in line with guidelines for analytics.Create, maintain and segment lists to ensure optimal engagement and conversionSchedule emails in line with the promotional & content calendar, including ensuring all links are tracked in line with guidelines for analytics.Creation, implementation, optimization and ongoing management of all flows within our proprietary email marketing platformSupport the Head of Repeat Marketing with tracking, reporting on key metrics of success, and sharing actionable insightsLeverage data-driven insights, best practice and A/B testing to innovate, execute with excellence, continuously test and optimise activity to maximise performanceSet benchmarks for performance metrics and ensure these are adhered tooWork with global teams to share and embed global best practice and testingWe'll love you because youAre a problem solver by nature & love making things simplerAre driven and have good energyFeel at home working with large datasetsOrganised with a structured approach to workAre fun to work with and be around!Have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working across teams & silosDon't crack under pressure (i.e. laughs, doesn't cry) when holding 12 plates that are spinning at the same time, while standing on the tip of a rocket at launch.Your teamYou'll report to the Head of Repeat MarketingBe part of a multi-functional team with plenty of opportunities to develop and grow.
