Endeavour Foundation’s Work Portfolio operates over 30 commercial operations across the Eastern seaboard, covering a diverse product mix, predominantly in Packaging (food, general, pharmaceuticals), Document Destruction, Recycling and Manufacturing to commercial customers.About the roleAs an Employment Coach / Production Team Leader you will take a person-centred approach, demonstrating empathy and patience while balancing the need to meet commercial outcomes and quality assurance. Responsibilities will include:Supervising, motivating and encouraging employees while understanding and developing individual capabilities Liaising with management to ensure outcomes and deadlines are met Engaging in the manufacturing process ensuring appropriate set up, production and shut down of equipmentApplying quality controls during the manufacturing process to ensure production and quality are in-line with the customer requirementsWhat you will bring to the role:A manufacturing/production or retail background,You must comfortable operating machinery and production equipment,,Experience supervising a small production team, Disability services experience or knowledge would be beneficial,You are a true people person who is passionate, patient, empathetic and resilient, Coaching and mentoring skills to help guide employees through their daily tasks and empower them to live their best lives,Physically fit due to the demands of the role,Excellent communication skills to ensure clear and concise information is presented to the team,Moderate skills with MS Office applications,Please note, should you be successful, before commencing with Endeavour Foundation, you will be required to hold or undertake a a Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and a Fit2Work National Criminal History Check.Benefits and PerksSalary Packaging Benefits!
