2XM Recruit is currently seeking an End User Support Specialist for a position in Central Melbourne. As a Support Specialist, you'll handle daily technical support activities on end user devices, as well as data network and servers where required.
This is a great opportunity for someone working towards or just completed an IT qualification/certifications.
Requirements & Skills:
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a Support/Service Desk role.
• Install, diagnose, repair, maintain and upgrade all end user hardware and equipment (including, but not limited, to PC’s, mobile devices and printers) to ensure optimal performance.
• To provide an outstanding level of customer service in a timely and accurate approach.
• Exposure of ITIL fundamentals and experience supporting an ERP system.
• Significant experience supporting and using Windows 10 and Office 2019.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Technical:
• Perform daily server checks as per current requirements.
• Setup new computers and peripherals and test network connections.
• Install additional software as required and as per process.
• Train end users on usage of computer hardware and software.
Required licenses
• Valid driver's license.
