My client, a well-established global organisation thatoperates for a very good cause , is seeking an experiencedITChange Leadfor a largeERP Supply Chain Transformation that will run for 2-3 years .In the role, you will work closely with the execs,coachingthem on how to drive and implement change, as well as holdingkey delivery accountability . You will possess change subject matter expertise, with the ability to guide theglobal business ownerson what needs to be done to ensure that outcomes are achieved and that the impact of the program provides positive change to the organisation as a whole.This is a full-time role based in Sydney with a hybrid work environment of 50/50 in the office and working from home.General experience and attributes that are sought after for this role include:
A strong desire to work as part of a collaborative team and help in building change maturity
Low ego, strong motivation to roll sleeves up and deliver change management outcomes
Ability to be agile and flex between initiatives where required on discrete and connected pieces of work
Ability to negotiate complex IT and data landscapes and systems integrations
Experience in technology enabled transitions and specifically ERP transformations.
