The tasks include: 1. Diligently implement and execute various production laws, regulations, safety management systems, and safety operating procedures according to the production site regulations. 2. Responsible for the technical testing of metal ions in waste water such as Pit Water and Treated Water on a daily basis, and maintain relevant records. 3. Responsible for the daily operation of multimedia filters, ultrafiltration, and nanofiltration systems, accurately recording equipment operating data every two hours. Analyze various original records, ledgers, reports related to production operation, assess the fouling condition of multimedia filters, ultrafiltration membranes, and nanofiltration membranes, respond to abnormal situations promptly to ensure normal production operation. 4. Responsible for the daily use, maintenance, and on-site management of water treatment equipment, ensuring all equipment and facilities are in good condition, and preventing equipment from operating with illness or leakage issues. Conduct regular inspections of pump operation status, record operating data including sound and bearing temperature, analyze and assess the operation of each pump, and promptly address any anomalies. 5. Timely replace the filter cartridges of security filters based on their operating conditions. 6. Perform chemical cleaning of nanofiltration equipment regularly, accurately prepare chemical reagent concentrations, conduct cleaning throughout the entire operation process according to high standard specifications, and restore the performance of nanofiltration membranes to optimal conditions. 7. Technically assess the fouling condition of nanofiltration membranes, and replace them on-site if chemical cleaning fails to restore performance. 8. Conduct regular inventory and procurement of spare parts and components for on-site equipment. 9. Submit detailed JHA (Job Hazard Analysis) for all on-site operations involving safety, conduct lockout-tagout procedures after approval process completion, adhere to on-site safety regulations, and cooperate with on-site supervisors to ensure safety in production. 10. Adjust operational parameters in real-time based on changes in water quality on-site, collaborate with the team to make technical improvements to on-site operational projects based on personal experience and expertise, continuously optimize on-site projects to maintain them in the best condition.
