We are actively searching for an energetic and dynamic Event Floor Supervisor. This exciting opportunity allows you to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the hospitality industry with a keen focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Primary Responsibilities:
Supervise, guide and assist team members with on-the-job training and development Proactively oversee and manage the Event Floor service flow and maintain performance standards Provide viable suggestions to the Manager to help boost the outlet's productivity Follow instructions given by the Assistant Floor Manager daily for smooth business operations Continuously monitor the work of team members during shifts Required Skills and Experience:
Proven time-management skills, with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure working environment Proven ability to build productive relationships and to manage and instigate change Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol accreditation Additional Requirements:
