ROLE OVERVIEW Are you a dynamic and driven individual with a passion for events and branding? We are seeking a talented Events and Brand coordinator to join Australia's largest family-owned commercial painting contractor! With a minimum of three years' experience under your belt, you'll be the go-getter we need to drive our brand forward. Based in our Support Office in Port Melbourne, you'll report to the National Marketing Manager, alongside a small team. KEY DELIVERABLES · Develop, execute and manage our calendar of tradeshows and events, and create comprehensive plans to include concept development, budget management, internal coordination, pre/post communications and promotion, on-site execution and post event reporting. · Manage all aspects of brand initiatives, ensuring consistency and alignment with our overall business objectives. · Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless coordination and execution of event, tradeshow, and brand initiatives. · Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, and agencies to support the success of marketing activities. · Uphold brand guidelines across all materials and touchpoints, acting as a gatekeeper for the Higgins brand and supporting our Branch Managers with their event and brand requirements. Work with the marketing team to execute on day-to-day activities and administrative tasks. SKILLS, EXPERIENCES & PREFERENCES · Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing and/or events role in a B2B environment. · Experience in managing tradeshows, expos and events. · Intermediate experience working with Adobe InDesign. · Familiarity with platforms such as Hubspot and Dynamics CRM. · Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. · Open to learning, adapting and developing your skills to suit the needs of the project and business.
