The Role: Working in a professional yet fun working environment, there is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Strata Assistant supporting a successful Strata Manager managing a high-end portfolio. Exceeding clients expectations, you will be responsible for: Draft AGM + SCM + EGM Agendas & Minutes Enter Invoice sums and codes Drafting and issuing notices, by-law breaches, and contracts Phone handling with clients (as the first point of call) Email handling with clients (clients being Owners, Property Agents, Tenants, Contractors and Building Managers) Answering queries and concerns from Owners about strata responsibilities and levies Organising repairs and maintenance by way of issuing work orders and quote requests Actioning results from minutes Filing (X drive and SMATA) Invoices processing The Benefits: Monday - Friday Role Close to public transport No car required Career Growth in Strata Management Great Reputation Competitive Salary $$$ WFH flexibility The Candidate: To be successful in securing this amazing opportunity, you will have proven experience in the industry.
