About the Role They are currently seeking an experienced Finance & Administration Officer to join their expanding team in Sydney CBD with flexibility to work remotely from home. This is an estimated 3-month temporary assignment, with a strong potential to extend. Working within the Professional Standards Authority division, you will be required to provide a wide range of finance, administrative, board and operational support to achieve organisational objectives. Responsibilities Deliver high level professional customer service Answering enquiries, providing timely and accurate responses Manage multiple shared inboxes including Finance and Professional Standards Council Schedule and coordinate board, workshop and committee meetings Preparation of high level documentation and reports Process annual member fees, chase outstanding payments Undertake financial administrative activities including processing invoices, purchase orders, reconciliation via SAP Processing travel and expenses Maintain procedures manuals and registers Mail distribution, managing incoming and outgoing mail Ordering stationary and maintaining office equipment Provide support to the Senior Finance & Risk Officer along with the Schemes and Supervision teams Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements About You Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS office suite and SAP Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines Takes initiative, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team High attention to detail Solid problem solving, negotiation and conflict resolution Requirements Demonstrated Finance & Administration experience Proven experience in providing support to Boards and Committees Willingness to undergo a National Police Check Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment How to Apply Applications will be reviewed within 48 hours of the job posting.
