We are partnering with an award-winning Digital company (successful Australian company who has recently expanded their operations overseas) who is upscaling and looking to introduce a Financial Accountant who will grow with the business.Reporting directly with to an amazing CEO of this successful business, you will become a trusted advisor and be embraced for your technical accounting skills & growth mindset. Also, you will be the conduit to the external Accounting Practice, and internally you will be mentoring a part time. After taking the reins your career and internal team will grow!Some of the responsibilities are as follows and not limited to: -Managing day-to-day accounting including payroll, AP, AR, and end of month reporting.End to end accounting tasks including payroll & superannuation lodgements (using Xero).Not limited to financial audits, consolidations, indirect taxes (e.g. BAS, FBT, Payroll Tax)Conducting financial analysis and generating accurate and timely financial reports to the executive team.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes, resolve financial discrepancies and enhance efficiency.Ensuring compliance with accounting policies, regulations, and industry standards.Providing valuable insights and recommendations for financial improvements.Some of the criteria we are looking for are: -• Qualified accountant that has natural leadership skills. Further qualifications of CA/ CPA would be desirable.
