About the opportunity
As the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you'll lead a team to deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences in a unique venue. Your role will involve strategic planning, high-volume kitchen operations, compliance, team leadership, and expanding the bar and grill function space. You will lead a team of casual and experienced professionals to deliver multiple food and beverage outlets, licensed bar offerings and catered events, all in one unique venue.

In this role, you will
Lead and manage a diverse team, emphasising recruitment, training, and development. Oversee high-volume food and beverage operations with a focus on quality and consistency. Drive compliance and safety protocols across commercial kitchens and outlets. Expand the bar and grill function space, driving growth and innovation. Ensure exceptional guest experiences through strong leadership and a hands-on approach. About you
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Extensive experience in senior management as a Chef or high-volume commercial kitchen management experience Expertise in recruitment, training, and leadership of operational teams. Strong focus on compliance, safety, and quality standards. Proven background in high-volume commercial kitchen operations.
