*What you will do:*
As a client support specialist, you will provide the world-class service Gallup’s clients expect from us. Supporting a wide variety of Gallup services and products, you will help clients, consumers and survey respondents troubleshoot problems and navigate our platforms.
Using your excellent written and verbal communication skills and knack for technology, you will answer questions about our products and help transform stressful situations into positive interactions via phone, email and chat support. While most of the time, you will work independently, you’ll also collaborate with your team, providing backup and guidance to your co-workers as needed.

**This role is offered as an office based, hybrid or fully remote role; however, we would prefer that you were based in the greater Sydney area. We are ok for you to work mainly from home if that is your preference, however the ability to occasionally join the office team in North Sydney would be an asset.

*What you need:*
* Bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred
* Previous customer support and chat experience an asset
* Full fluency in English
* Must be authorized to work in Australia on a full-time basis; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
