Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a General Manager, Corporate Services at the Australian Meat Industry Council in Sydney, NSW. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organisation, managing financial, communication and corporate services, and providing strategic direction. Key tasks include financial management, administration, communication, member engagement, and policy development. The General Manager will also work closely with the CEO and board of directors to drive the organisation's vision and goals.
Qualifications Experience in corporate services management, financial management, and strategic planning Strong leadership and managerial skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders Knowledge of the meat industry and supply chain Experience in policy advocacy and government relations Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. finance, accountancy business, management, economics) CPA membership
