Join us, and you could soon be a key member of our Customer & Commercial (C&C) team, with responsibility for overseeing and optimising project management processes within our Program Management Office (PMO). Supporting global commercial platform leads in managing project progress, budgets, risks and benefits realisation will be an important aspect of the role, as will fostering a culture of continuous improvement in project management processes.In short, it’s an excellent opportunity to progress your career while developing professionally within a successful, growing, global agricultural organisation.
Key responsibilities will include:
Leading and managing customer and commercial PMO from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives Working closely with the finance team to manage inputs for the global customer and commercial budget Championing the PMO processes and systems for commercial including prioritisation, conducting monthly program reviews and providing status updates to customer and commercial Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks and issues and implementing mitigation strategies as required What you’ll need to bring
We’ll expect you to have strong analytical skills, a real customer focus and the ability to inspire others and build high performing teams. Agricultural industry experience, while not essential, would be useful too, as would an understanding of, or interest in, human behaviour.
You’ll also need:
A proven ability to combine strategic program management with hands-on project support Excellent project management skills, a results-driven approach and a flair for decision making The communication skills it takes to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse teams across global operations Proficiency in project management tools and software e.g., PMO365, as well as the Microsoft Office suite of applications That’s just what we think, we’d love to hear from you what you think is possible. #unearththepossibilities
