The Role: To Develop and implement project controls plans and procedures, Analyse project performance and identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Preparemanagement reports for senior leadership team.

Roles and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Global Project Delivery, the Project Controls Manager’s main purpose will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating project control activities supporting project delivery.
This person will require and strong understanding of project management principles and practices, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of project controls tools, techniques, and software to drive successful outcomes.
Experience in delivering project controls services in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in project controls or a related field, with a successful track record in delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Strong understanding of project management principles, practices, and methodologies. Comprehensive knowledge of project management project controls tools, technique, and software, including scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
