We are One Peninsula Health.What You Will Be DoingThe Grade 2 Physiotherapist in the Early Intervention in Chronic Disease (EICD) team works in a multidisciplinary, supportive and collaborative team, in a holistic, person centred manner to help clients achieve their goals, work to their strengths and improve their health outcomes.
