The opportunity: Design fanatics, we are looking for you! Shoes & Sox are expanding our online footprint and are seeking a Graphic Designer to work with Australia's largest kids shoe retailer! This role is based in our Alexandria office, where Graphic Designer will be responsible for supporting the Marketing & Retail team to provide standout creative for seasonal and always on campaigns across digital and retail channels Key duties and responsibilities: Produce assets for a range of communications, including social, paid channels, email, and web Work closely with the Creative Lead to ensure cohesion of design and alignment with seasonal creative Create guides, pamphlets and information for influencers and brand partners, as well as tools to improve internal communication POS signage, in-store communications and promotional material Work to elevate the web experience by utilising your knowledge in web design to improve UX Ad hoc treatment of photography and touch ups Assist on design projects as required by the business, such as working on vertical branding and packaging Innovating and proactively elevating the look and feel of the brand by keeping across design trends and competitor analysis Animation, Photography & Content creation The skills and experience you offer us: A minimum of 1 years' experience in graphic design and a passion in the discipline of design Tertiary qualification in graphic design Strong proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite; in particular Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign Experience designing for web, email, and social platforms highly favoured Flexibility, you will be able to pivot quickly and show a willingness to take on new tasks An obsession with detail and excellent communication skills verbally and through design Experience working collaboratively The perks we offer you: Pet friendly workspace - yes, you can bring your dog to work!
