Managing a particularly nuanced suite of brands and public faces, our Creative Director is seeking to expand the Group's Marketing, Communications, and Events Department with an experienced Brand & Marketing Manager at its head.
This role will comprise creative, administrative, and management objectives, and is a rare opportunity to play a formative role in the public presence of a disruptive industry force. Working to the agenda of our Creative Director, our Brand & Marketing Manager will shepherd the marketing and communications objectives of the Group while qualifying and implementing standards to protect the integrity of our unique brands.
We are looking for a marketing management professional with experience in food and beverage hospitality, directly managing people, creating and executing general marketing plans for multiple distinct entities, developing cohesive strategic and tactical objectives, and overseeing a department which facilitates all funnels of external communications in a company across marketing campaigns, events, social media, revenue acquisition initiatives, and so on. Our Brand & Marketing Manager will work alongside our expert product department heads to scope, research, devise, and implement standards and initiatives across the Group which achieve growth objectives in line with the values, mission, and brand identities we represent. Further, direct management of a small Head Office department is essential to the role.
The core skills required include a strategic mindset, strong administrative and organisational skills, an effective and direct management style, strong copywriting skills and attention to detail, and a balance of creativity and pragmatism to best analyse and uphold the ethos of our brands. We are seeking a candidate with strong experience in the management of multiple multifaceted projects and/or brands concurrently, as this is the nature of our Group.
Establishing ongoing strategies and objectives for the Group's Marketing, Communications, and Events Department Developing cohesive objectives and management infrastructure across the Marketing, Communications, and Brand functions of the group Managing large projects to establish documentation and standardise processes and standards for the Group's Marketing, Communications, and Events Department Overseeing the functions of the Group's Marketing, Communications, and Events Department according to established strategies and objectives Scoping and developing general marketing plans for our venues which articulate the intention of our brands and establish standards for communications internally and externally Qualifying physical and intangible brand and identity guidelines for our venues Overseeing the development of monthly social media plans for six+ entities by our full-time Social Media Coordinator Working with our Department Heads to scope and extract opportunities for revenue acquisition across the Group's venues Proceduralising creative processes across the Group, including the management of creative contractors, designers, creative production, procurement, and so on. Reporting, presenting, and maintaining accountability for the progress of all Marketing, Communications, and Events objectives across the Group Scoping and extracting brand partnership opportunities with external stakeholders Developing and maintaining key brand and industry relationships for the Group Identifying and overseeing brand and industry award opportunities for the Group People Management Directly managing a small Head Office team according to the strategies and objectives of the Department, including a full-time Social Media Coordinator. Indirectly managing a large set of venue teams according to the strategies and objectives of the Department. Carrying out recruitment for the Department as and when necessary.
