A rare opportunity has become available to join our Head Office Finance team. The Group Finance Manager role is a national role based in Sydney, reporting to the General Manager of Finance - Australia.Thesuccessful person willhave the opportunity to provide support to the General Manager in all aspects of the financial administration and reporting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, development and driving improvements to standardise practices whilst ensuring internal and statutory compliance is being met. You will be involved in strategic business planning,and as such will need to be a strong communicator who can build relationships with ease and convey information simply and succinctly to people at all levels within the business, as well as our external stakeholders.There will also be a focus on budgeting, properties, compliance, reporting, upskilling of team members and managing any business risk. This role also includes partnering with external and internal auditors as well as internal reporting and adherence to policy.
