**Location**
This iconic Resort is situated between the renowned Great Barrier Reef and the Daintree Rainforest in Tropical North Queensland. The resort comprises 295 guest rooms, suites and villas.
**The Role: Part-Time or Casual**
+ Provide a professional delivery of client service to our guests
+ Assist in managing and coordinating the guest experience in a timely manner
+ Ensure effective communication with all departments via, radio, telephone and communication device
+ Personalise memorable guest experiences
+ Build your knowledge of the Resorts facilities and venues
+ Ensure all tasks are completed or handed over prior to the end of the shift
+ Assist with enquiries on The Sheraton’s Bonvoy Loyalty Program and benefits
+ Deliver on the Resort's Vision
