Our international boarders and daughters from expatriate families contribute to our school’s diversity and rich cultural fabric.Head of Junior BoardingFull Time Fixed Term Parental Leave Contract15 April 2024 - 25 November 2024The Head of Junior Boarding oversees the pastoral care (physical, emotional, spiritual and academic wellbeing) offered to girls in their care and maintains professional and pastoral contact with Boarder parents. This role reports to the Head of Boarding and works closely with the Head of Senior Boarding and Connection and Activities Coordinator.The successful applicant must hold Queensland College of Teachers registration and qualifications and experience to teach in areas such as HPE or Hospitality will be highly regarded to suit existing timetable requirements. There may be potential for an ongoing teaching role in 2025. They must be willing to have their name submitted to the Anglican Church’s Professional Standards Register.Due to the nature of the role the incumbent will be required to live on campus and perform a 0.4 Teaching Load.
