You will lead CoreLogic’s aggressive Real Estate growth strategy across Australia & New Zealand. This is a senior leadership role supporting and developing a diverse and cross functional team of over 20 people. You’ll monitor, evaluate and drive your department’s operating performance and will research new business opportunities and lead budget decisions. To succeed in this role, it’s essential to have extensive management experience in this field and strong strategic and analytical thinking capabilities. The role will see you leverage your influence to build trusted relationships with senior management, both internally and externally. You will be responsible for the segment revenue, through owning the strategy, deciding the channel and geographic distribution strategies to compliment the strengths of the solutions, and managing pricing and discounting policies for the Australian & New Zealand market. You will be working alongside other key segments leads and will have a broad exposure to all our products and services and how they are applied in adjacent segments. That means unpacking our global toolkit and identifying relevance for our Real Estate partners and clients. What will you be doing?Leading the CoreLogic real estate business, including:Prepare and allocate budgets.Evaluate the product line and segment profits and revenue, and calculate risks. H arvesting market /customer / competitor intel to ensure our proposition remains most attractive in market. Research and identify new business opportunities.Defining the product & solution pricing and distribution strategySet performance and financial goals and attain them through team direction and management.Attract, retain and motivate staff.Assess, evaluate, and report on overall team and individual team member performance.Outside of your own direct reports, establish and effectively lead a high performing cross functional team, responsible for achieving the overall Real Estate business outcomes.Own and be accountable for the performance of key Real Estate partner relationships.Be the structured business leader across key projects, to drive the overall business outcomes, together with project managers.Through your team, lead the product management function across all Real Estate products, to achieve product outcomes.Identify and work to mitigate key risks in the business, including both operational and finance risks, across short, medium and longer-term horizons.Industry engagement, advocacy and thought leadership across customers, strategic partners, and industry bodies on behalf of CoreLogic.Support Real Estate client opportunities as an industry expert as and when required.Work with the marketing and GTM teams in articulation of value propositions and GTM strategies.Collaborate with other segment leads to decide on broader enterprise business strategies.Ensure compliance with company policies and local, regional and federal regulations.Are you the right fit?
