We started by being a voice for safer roads and providing legendary roadside assistance, but now we do so much more.From spectacular holiday destinations, car rentals and boats on our waterways, to leading the EV charging roll-out to prepare for the future of driving, speaking out for change in government policy and supporting sustainable travel.Forget what you thought you knew about the NRMA – take a look on the inside and you’ll discover that life with us is more than just a job – it’s your chance to make a difference together.Job DescriptionGreat career opportunity for an experienced HCM professional looking to develop their leadership capabilityDrive the transformation of a technology across the NRMA’s People & Culture functionWork with a collaborative and friendly community of HR and Technology professionals that are passionate about making a differenceWhat You'll DoWe have a great opportunity for an experienced Human Capital Management, Manager (HCM Manager)to play an integral role in managing the HCM operational requirements for the People & Culture function.This is a full-time permanent role reporting to the Group Manager, People Services where you have the opportunity build a future technology roadmap for the People function while partnering with our Technology community to ensure alignment of broader NRMA system governance.The role is based from our Sydney CBD and Sydney Olympic Park offices with the flexibility to work from home and sites across Australia as agreed and required for the role.Your responsibilities will encompass:Manage the People & Culture Technology suite of HCM systemsManage BAU configuration change and implementation activities, documenting requirements and maintaining detailed records and testing evidenceManage triage and support for all HCM ticketsCollaborate with Technology to ensure alignment with security requirements as well as all major system configuration changes via Technology gating and review processChampion a high level of customer service and influence the broader People Systems team to meet and manage standardsParticipate in monitoring, internal audits, and regulatory compliance reviewsWork with internal stakeholders to understand functional P&C requirements and partner with Technology to ensuresolutions meet functional requirements and align with Group Technology StrategyProvide subject matter expertise and guidance on any new system implementation, new modules or upgradesLead automation and continuous improvementManage the data governance requirements of the People & Culture suite of HCM systems including establishing policies and proceduresLead and manage a team of 1-2 reports, directly or indirectlyWhat You'll Bring5 years’ experience within a HCM role coupled with tertiary qualificationsPeople leadership capabilitiesSolid understanding of HCM technologies and integration with broader ERP’sAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsStrong business analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Developed written and verbal communication skillsExposure and understanding of People and Culture Policies and procedures (desirable)What's in it for you?At the NRMA we aren’t just about discounts (although you do get these).
