Position DetailsReporting to the Principal and Team Leader - Administration, the Human Resources Assistant provides support in managing the human resources requirements of the College and undertakes a wide variety of tasks. The primary roles include: the collection and management of all data pertaining to employees/relief staff, the recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new employees/relief staff and arranging staff travel, accommodation, course registration for professional development, and coordination of relief staff processes. This is an ongoing full-time position commencing on a negotiable date. Qualifications Required • Working with Children Card.• Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (or willingness to obtain this).• Be legally entitled to work in Australia with proof of Australian Birth, Citizenship or residency visa details.• Accreditation to Work in a Catholic School (or willingness to obtain this).
