As a senior member of the IAM team, manage a team of IT Security Analysts (ITSA) with the primary focus of monitoring, reporting and improving the access requests, maintaining a strong client relationship, and contribute to enhancing access administration processes.
Our ideal candidate should have experience leading a team to deliver exceptional service and stakeholder management. You'll have a proactive approach towards continuous improvement in building the function in line with agile working environment.
What you'll do Manual user access provisioning and de-provisioning. Review and execute on an existing IAM strategy and roadmaps. Oversee the implementation and enhancement of IAM processes, systems, and controls to ensure effective identity and access management. Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and other external stakeholders involved in IAM initiative. Manage and resolve escalations from the team and the business. Managing CyberArk access, password rotation, vaulting, policy. What we're looking for Demonstrated experience in Identity and Access Management deliverables. Good understanding of all IAM controls. Hands on experience in effective communication with team management and senior management. Experience with CyberArk, SailPoint is essential. Experience in highly regulated entities preferably APRA regulated. Ability to operate on one's own initiative with a proactive attitude within the directions and confines of bank policy.
