Leading cloud-based provider of real estate software and digital twin technologies. We are looking to build our Sydney-based team for ongoing and new projects. We work with some of the largest commercial property owners, investors and operators in APAC.
Responsibilities
You will work closely with our customers to implement enterprise software solutions for the Real Estate industry. Individuals in this role are an integral part of our team and will work closely with our project managers and sales team to ensure that every customer implementation is a success.
Consult and implement the platform to new and existing clients
Gathering requirements, analysis and solution design
Deployment and installation of the solution
Configuring workflow reporting and interfaces
Hosting workshops following our proven implementation approach
Providing testing support, client training and hypercare
Ensuring clients are utilising the program to its maximum
Deliver outstanding client service and satisfaction.
Assist with the gathering and management of client or regional requirements
Ensure business requirements are documented
Log enhancement requests for the development team
Assisting pre-sales teams when needed
Initially, full product training will be provided with hands on opportunities to assist current implementations.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have some experience implementing or using similar applications or systems:
MRI, Yardi, J.D. Edwards, SAP REFX, Oracle, Argus, IBM Tririga, Trimble, Manhattan, PlanOn. Other financial or property management applications would also be considered along with candidates with a strong understanding of real estate and property management.
The successful individual is expected to possess drive, passion and sufficient self initiative to work autonomously as well as within a supportive team environment.
Degree holder in Real Estate, IT, Accounting or Finance or relevant disciplines
At least 2 years of experience with Real Estate (or RE systems)
Knowledge of real estate operational/financial reporting
Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer-facing and communications skills
Willingness to learn new software products
Travel required (Australia/New Zealand/Singapore/Hong Kong)
