The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting insolvency and restructuring engagements, assisting with analysis, reporting, and client management. If you are a motivated professional with a passion for insolvency and a desire to grow in your career, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities: Assist with various insolvency and restructuring engagements, including administrations, liquidations, receiverships, and bankruptcy cases. Conduct financial analysis and investigations to assess the financial position of clients and support the development of recovery strategies. Prepare accurate and timely reports, forecasts, and recommendations for stakeholders, including creditors, directors, and regulatory authorities. Liaise with clients, legal counsel, creditors and other stakeholders to facilitate the insolvency process and achieve positive outcomes. Support senior team members in managing engagements and mentoring junior staff members. Stay informed about changes in insolvency laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices in all engagements. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in insolvency and restructuring, preferably in a public accounting firm or advisory environment. Actively completing CA qualification preferred, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and insolvency legislation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to contribute effectively to complex financial analysis and reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members. Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of insolvency and restructuring, with a commitment to professional development.
