Job Description: The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing insolvency and restructuring engagements, providing expert guidance and support to clients in need. Responsibilities: Manage a variety of insolvency and restructuring engagements, including administrations, liquidations, receiverships, and bankruptcy cases. Conduct detailed financial analysis and investigations to assess the financial position of clients and develop tailored recovery strategies. Prepare comprehensive reports, forecasts, and recommendations for stakeholders, including creditors, directors, and regulatory authorities. Collaborate closely with legal counsel, creditors, and other stakeholders to facilitate the insolvency process and achieve optimal outcomes. Mentor and supervise junior team members, providing guidance and support throughout engagements. Stay informed about changes in insolvency laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices in all engagements. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in insolvency and restructuring, preferably in a public accounting firm or advisory environment. CA qualification or actively completing CA preferred, with a solid understanding of accounting principles and insolvency legislation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex financial situations and develop effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders. Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing teams and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
