The role: Reporting to the Quality Superintendent, the Environmental/Quality/HSE Audit Co-ordinator is responsible for the administration of the audit program, ensuring statutory requirements are met, risks are minimised, operational needs are addressed. Your responsibilities will include: Undertaking internal audits across various business units to ensure compliance; Facilitating external audits as required, to maintain third-party certification or regulatory requirements; Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding scope, schedule and resource requirements for the established audit program; Liaising with the business units to review audit feedback, findings and recommendations; Ensuring the planning, delivery and review of all program content is aligned with business needs; Maintaining audit records and corrective actions in accordance with business policies and systems; Acting as the chief point of contact for quality management activities; and Coaching personnel on auditing principles. Selection Criteria: Ideally you will be qualified in Auditing and have a background in environmental, safety and quality management. Your experience as an internal auditor in a manufacturing, industrial or mining environment together with your proven ability to plan, prepare reports, lead and manage concurrent assignments will see you succeed.
