We exist to connect and inspire our employees and promote Hollard’s reputation as an insurance partner of choice for iconic Australian brands.Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications, your role will be focused on:Developing and maintaining communications plans for key initiatives delivered as part of the Hollard Strategic Communication Plan. Identifying and creating content for internal communication channels, including email, Intranet (SharePoint), Viva Engage, Digital displays, posters, presentations, events etc. Working with internal customers (other departments, partners, groups, etc.) to understand their communication objectives and find the best solutions for our people and partners. Using influence and positive role-modelling to grow communication capability and facilitate the adoption of best practices within the business, provide consultative or support services as needed. Knowledge & Qualifications:2 + years previous experience in internal communicationsStrong Customer experience and understanding of what our internal customers are trying to accomplish and coming up with creative and innovative solutions to meet new (or recurring) challenges.
