Reporting into Global Digital and Business Service, the IT Business Analyst will play a crucial role as the SAP ERP MM (Materials Management) and Logistics Execution (LE) IT Support person in the IT APAC team. Primarily supporting the Supply Chain function, the role will involve configuration, support, and troubleshooting within the SAP ERP MM & LE environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and support SAP ERP MM & LE environment, with a focus on version ECC 6.0 (S/4 experience highly desirable).
Troubleshoot integration issues between SAP ERP and other Logistics systems (SAP WM and EWM) for inventory movements.
Resolve end-user issues and optimize the effective use of core systems.
Collaborate with business process owners to review, analyse, and enhance process design and usage
Maintain strong communication channels with internal stakeholders, translating business requirements into operating systems effectively.
Utilize strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills to drive process improvements.
Understand warehouse equipment like RF guns and their configuration for effective system integration.
About You:
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business process owners to enhance process design and usage, ensuring seamless integration and effective utilisation of core systems.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications and attributes:
Mandatory SAP configuration skills with solid exposure to version ECC 6.0; S/4 experience is highly favourable.
Strong understanding of SAP cross-module integration and master data.
Exceptional MM and LE (WM and EWM) configuration and implementation expertise.
Proven track record of managing internal stakeholders and developing solid cross-functional relationships.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with warehouse equipment like RF guns and their configuration is advantageous.
