** **You will be doing things like this:** + Managing all invoices and expenses + Assisting with creditors queries or staff queries in relation to payments + Maintaining the reconciliation of plant costs + Managing Subrights matters, communicating with international publishers, chasing payments, and the allocation of cash receipts + Distribution clients monthly reporting, reconciling accounts and checking invoices + Rebating recharge calculation for distribution clients + Carrying out retailer health checks + Publishing tracking monthly data file + Digital data loading to bookmaster + Reporting + Ad hoc Operations tasks **To be successful in this role, you will need the following key skills & attributes:** + Accounting degree and / or at least 2 years experience in a similar role + Cognos Analytics 11.1 (or higher), Power BI would be a bonus + Numerical competency + Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (comfortable with pivot tables, v-lookup and other calculations) + Highly organised with strong administrative skills + Ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task + Readiness and ability to initiate action on tasks independently + Good communication skills (written and verbal) + Ability to establish positive, respected and professional relationships with colleagues and external contacts + Passion for books and interest in the book industry **_More about us:_** + _We are a global leader with offices in the USA, United Kingdom, Canada, India and Australia, employing approximately 1400 staff worldwide.
