As the Junior Design and Industrial Quality Engineer will be responsible for defining industrial quality needs. You will analyse historical data and from experience define industrial quality KPIs derived from project and plant quality goals. What's in It for You? Prepare the component quality plan and risk plan for the Parts/components. Define the level of critical of components along with Design. Identify potential quality risk and guide project technical team and suppliers with leadership skill to disregard the risk with robust action. Present to project management the status, improvement and benefits during the project phase. Coordinate with Design – Industrial and Plant teams for the project outcome Collaboration with stake holders for end to end quality Ideal Candidate Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics & Communication 3 to 4 years of experience in electromechanical manufacturing or supplier quality or manufacturing quality Experience with GD&T, I2P / 8D Problem Solving, Risk Analysis Knowledge of failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) Knowledge of electronics is a plus New process, product & machine qualification Waterfall process PMP/PEP and Agile Knowledge on supply chain, logistics & purchasing is a plus We'd love to hear from you!
