About The Role UberEats' mission is to 'Deliver a better day' for our customers through Australia and New Zealand's largest online food delivery marketplace. The Key Account Director will lead the growth and retention of our largest and most strategic restaurant partnerships in ANZ, through the direct commercial ownership of two brands and leadership of an Account Management team.
Your Impact in Role: Customer Understanding: Demonstrate a profound understanding of our customers' needs, behaviours, and preferences. Use this insight to inform strategic decision-making and enhance customer satisfaction. Identify and leverage opportunities to enhance core business metrics for both partners and UberEats. This includes driving revenue growth, market expansion, product adoption and operational efficiency improvements. People Management: Assume a leadership role by setting the strategic direction for the team, translating organisational priorities, and inspiring the team to align their efforts with these priorities. Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Relationship Building: Cultivate positive and lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, decision-makers, and influencers within partner organisations. Forge connections that drive collaborative success. Stakeholder Engagement: Navigate within a complex stakeholder environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to expand and strengthen your area of business. Develop a network of influence across various operational teams to ensure seamless execution. The Experience You'll Bring: A proven track record of senior account management or leadership roles, ideally within the technology, marketplace, consumer goods and/or related industries. People leadership experience; a passion for coaching and developing talent to achieve the team's commercial objectives. Commercial competence with complex contract negotiation experience and demonstrated experience in driving business growth and improving core metrics. Strong strategic thinking, analytical, problem-solving skills and business sense in order to be a strategic thought partner in the Enterprise leadership team.
